Put your menu in the system, tap what the table is having when you book, and the kitchen sees per table on an iPad which course is up now. Tap, and the colour changes.
What it looks like

Set menus with named courses, individual dishes, or both at the same table. The screen shows per course what is due for whom.
Tap and done
Waiting, in progress, served. One tap per course and the whole kitchen sees the same state, with a timer showing how long the course has been running.
Allergies at the table
Table 7's nut allergy is simply on the screen at table 7. Not on a note, not in someone's head.
With other systems
None of the compared reservation systems includes a kitchen screen; you need a separate POS integration or a separate system for that.
